The staff made the stay for us. Jack Son went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, and the breakfast was a real highlight, with a great buffet and the option to customize a dish from the menu. The chef was a lovely presence too, always greeting me with a genuine smile. The rooms aren’t huge, but they have what you need. The bathroom was especially good, with steady hot water and strong pressure. We also enjoyed the tours they offer. The service was excellent, and the scenery was breathtaking. I’d recommend staying here.

The room was small, but comfortable and had everything I needed. The manager was welcoming and helped me book trips around Hanoi when I arrived, which saved me some hassle. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful too. I’d gladly stay here again.

Rooms are clean and roomy, though the hotel is a little old and they don’t feel very modern. The location is right in the middle of Hoan Kiem ( Old Quarters), with plenty of good places to eat, shop, and have a drink nearby. Staff were helpful, especially Mr. Jack Son, who arranged my trips to Halong Bay and a day trip to Ninh Binh.

The room didn’t quite match the photos on booking.com, but it was clean and livable. The hotel’s inexpensive and in a great spot, with restaurants, street food, and cafes all around. Staff were really friendly, and Mr Jack Son was quick to help with travel plans. The bed was soft enough without being too firm.

Nice location, and the staff were pleasant. Breakfast was good too. But the rooms were tiny, the sheets weren’t clean, and the shower was falling apart. I booked because it was supposed to be a Spa, and it definitely wasn’t. Don’t book tours through them, they charge way more than anyone else. The room costs too much for what you get. I’d look for another hotel.
