I found it comfortable, and the receptionist was friendly. I stayed over New Year, but the price still seemed reasonable for such a busy part of the Old Quarter. There’s no elevator, which was fine for me. Some reviews mentioned dusty, noisy rooms. That can be true because the hotel is right on the main road, but I don’t think the owner is trying to give customers low quality. I’d gladly share the hotel’s name with friends and other travelers.

The host was brilliant and went way out of their way for us. The hotel is right by Hanoi Old Quarter and the lake, an amazing location. The rooms were surprisingly cheap given the spot.

The room was on the top floor, and there’s no lift, the only problem I ran into. Otherwise things were great. It had a lovely park view, clean beds and walls, and working AC. The woman at reception was so supportive and helpful throughout my stay. She booked my day trips to Ninh Bìen and Ha Long Bay, and both were superb. She also suggested spots to explore around Hanoi. This place is affordable and right in the Old Quarter. Lots to do within walking distance, and you can spend the whole day exploring on foot. I’d really recommend it for a budget trip.

The service was extremely good, and the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. It’s very good value for money too. The only downside was the bathroom, tiny, cramped, and smelly. Otherwise, everything was fine.
