The staff were professional, friendly, and ready to help, and the room was clean and fully equipped. The bed was especially comfortable. I stayed at the Queen Hotel for three days and two nights and was very satisfied. Its convenient location near the center made it easy to get to entertainment spots. The price felt reasonable for the service.

Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the service was good. We had a great experience at the hotel and will definitely come back to Queen Hotel Ha Dong 👍

It's in an urban area, but the hotel was quite quiet, with a park and lake nearby that made the surroundings feel cool. The building is very new, and the room furnishings are high quality, giving the place a luxurious feel. Prices are a little above those nearby, though still competitive and fair for the facilities.

I found the room price reasonable for the quality. The rooms were lovely, with distinctive decor, and the service was good. I came across the hotel in an advertisement.
