Moon and Hana at reception gave exceptional service, and the breakfast and room staff were helpful too. One snag was that the airport driver left us at a different hostel, so a staff member from this one had to come collect us and our bags. It's a good value stay for budget travelers. Like other hostels in this city, it's in a narrow building with two rooms per floor. The room was clean and very simple, though the bathroom needs renovation. Breakfast is included and great if you like local noodles. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's a budget hotel, so expectations should be modest. The room had no window, the bathroom was kind of dirty, and everything felt a little cheap, but for the price it was okay. It was really quiet, which was nice, and the location was pretty good. The staff were really nice too.

The room was spacious, bright, and clean, with plenty of hot water. The staff are super friendly and do what they can to help with anything. You can't park a motorbike here, but they have arrangements just around the corner. They operate both hostels. Had a great stay!

The service has been incredible. The staff helped us with a lot and really made sure we had what we needed. The rooms are basic but do the job, and the hotel is centrally located at a good price. I'd definitely recommend it 👍

The staff helped us figure out places to see in the city and were flexible when my boyfriend got ill and we needed to stay a couple more nights. The place was quiet despite being in the middle of the Old Quarter, and it's a short walk to the night market and street food streets. Breakfast was included and good. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfy. We had a great stay.
