Hanoi Culture Hostel

The Old Town location made it easy to explore Hanoi, and the price was fair. We stayed four nights and enjoyed the hospitality and service throughout. Breakfast was outstanding, especially the banana pancakes. The beds were comfy, the rooms clean, and the shower good. Coffee, water, and nibbles were available too. Stay here and nothing will go wrong.

Breakfast is cooked to order from a menu, with different phos and more Western choices like toast and eggs. There’s fresh fruit, juice, coffee, and tea as well. It's a light way to start the day. The staff are very friendly and ready to help. You're in the Old Quarter, with lots of restaurants nearby and the night market about a five-minute walk away. The downside is there's no elevator, so you'll climb plenty of stairs to your room. Still, my stay was very positive and I'd recommend it.

Giulia organized our Ha Long Bay and Sapa tours, including transfers, the bus, and an overnight stay. The service was impeccable and the price affordable, making it one of the loveliest experiences of our trip. We left our large bags with them while we were away, and on our return they offered us a drink and a hot shower. The hotel gives five-star service at really cheap prices, and its central location is another plus. Special thanks to Giulia, David, and all the hotel staff. We were warmly welcomed, and our room was clean and had all the comforts. Breakfast from the menu was very good.

This place was better than the three-star hotel I booked in Sapa. It's really clean and cool, close to the Old Town, Hanoi Train street, and the lake. Circle (Vietnam 7/11) is right next door, and very delicious street food is right in front of it. It's easy to get everywhere from here. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they replied incredibly fast whenever I emailed. Breakfast and coffee were delicious too. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
