Restaurants were easy to reach, tour buses could pick us up right outside the main entrance, and the night market was only a five-minute walk away. The hotel is on the edge of the Old Quarter. Breakfast was nice, and the staff were warm and always smiling, though the breakfast area felt a little hot. The view there was beautiful, which made it worthwhile. It was my first time in Vietnam, traveling with my best friend as my tour guide, and Hanoi Fiesta Hotel & Spa turned out to be a great choice. The lobby smelled wonderful, and check-in was smooth. The receptionist shared good local food and sightseeing recommendations, and we got a complimentary upgrade to a Senior Suite. We had a truly great stay with top-notch service and would definitely return. I’ve shared some food and Train Street video here. Please visit Hanoi, it’s a beautiful city with lovely people and culture.

We arrived from the airport at around 1am, and the staff were still kind and accommodating at that hour. The room was clean and well kept, and the fresh, delicious breakfast included with our booking was one of the best parts of our time in Hanoi. Thank you, Hotel Fiesta 🩷

The location made it easy to explore, and the hotel had a lovely atmosphere. Everything was very clean and well maintained, so we felt comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. The staff were especially welcoming and friendly, always glad to help with whatever we needed. We'd happily stay at Hanoi Fiesta Hotel and Spa again and recommend it to visitors.

Ruby at reception helped us from check-in right through to checkout, and we really appreciated her hospitality. The whole staff was kind and accommodating, and the service was very nice. Breakfast was delicious and amazing too. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel is relatively clean and just conveniently close to Old Quarter, so it only took minutes to get around. The staff were so hospitable. When our phone batteries were running low on arrival, they even offered us their own portable charger and sent over suggestions for places to visit.
