The bed was really comfortable, and the people at reception were kind, trustworthy, and helpful. The hotel and my room had everything I needed, even though the outside doesn’t look fancy. My room was clean and quiet, which mattered more to me than appearances. I was more satisfied here than at other places where I paid twice as much, and some hotels in Vietnam use misleading photos. This is where I plan to stay when I’m in Hanoï again. I totally recommend it.

We had a good stay. The room was neat and clean, with hot water and basic amenities, and the location was handy, with lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. There’s also a Seabank ATM close by. Tam, Ha and Jack were wonderful, friendly, and accommodating.

We could walk to everything we needed, which made exploring the area really easy. Staying in the heart of the old city center was perfect for our visit.

The bathrooms in the rooms could use more privacy, which was my only criticism. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay: the rooms were spacious and very clean, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the hotel sits on a quiet side street away from noise.
