The breakfast was decent, with a range of dishes each morning, and the hotel was clean. Most places were within walking distance, and the staff were quite friendly. The water pressure was good and there were bidets, though the toilets were on the small side. A thing to keep in mind: there’s a church right opposite, and its bell rings often. It didn’t bother me because I’m a heavy sleeper, but it could be an issue if you’re not.

We were really happy we chose the Iris. It’s on a quieter side street in the Old Quarter, close to some of the area’s best street food. As an American, I especially appreciated Pasteur Street Brewery across the street. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly.

The breakfast was amazing, the beds were comfy, and the rooms were clean and spacious. We also had airport pickup from Hanoi. Great staff and location all round. I’d stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

The balcony was cozy and had a good view, and the street was quiet. It’s in a great location near Hanoi St. Joseph's Cathedral (Nhà Thờ Lớn HN) and Sword Lake, with lots of great food nearby. The bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good.

The balcony had a great view, the staff were kind, and the price was cheap. There were a lot of ants, though, and I was concerned someone could get into the room through the balcony.
