I spent five nights here and had a really good stay. Dieu was especially helpful, arranging my airport pickup and drop-off and helping me book a Ninh Binh tour. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Thanks so much.

The room was great value, and it was nice to arrive to a clean space after an easy check-in. I made a mistake with the dates and booked one night short for my family. The staff pointed me toward another hotel that could accommodate us better. A very good experience all around.

The front desk team were lovely and quick to help when I had booking problems over WhatsApp. The cleaning lady was kind and did a great job too. It's a simple, inexpensive hotel on a quieter street in Hanoi's old town, but still close enough to walk everywhere. The rooms are older, and the bathroom setup is odd, though everything was very clean and the room was large. It's a nice, relaxed place to stay, and I'd recommend it.

The staff were some of the friendliest I've ever come across. They kept checking if we needed anything, and the guy with glasses was especially helpful with sightseeing information, money exchange, and lots more. The cleaning ladies did an amazing job too. Our room was fantastic. It was properly cleaned every day, not just tidied with fresh towels, and the beds were comfortable. I also loved the bath for relaxing and the TV's range of streaming services for a movie night away from the busy streets. Big props to the air conditioning too. Five out of five!

The staff were warm and helpful, and they held our luggage when we arrived early. Our room was spacious and very clean, and the location was great, close to the old town and train street. We had a great stay.
