An absolute nightmare for four days. I’d paid in full four months ahead, but the hotel still wouldn’t honor my MMT voucher and wanted me to pay again. They also wanted to hold my passport as security. Thankfully, MMT and Expedia handled the problem so I could check out. Worst hotel and worst experience of my life. SCS.

The service and the rest were decent. If you can put up with a strange sound that comes and goes during the day and night, you may still be happy here.

The place wasn’t especially clean, though the people were kind and breakfast included good Vietnamese noodles.

It was fairly okay, but the water system would shut down sometimes.
