The staff, especially Harry and Sue, were friendly and spoke English fluently. Breakfast was nice too, with hot dishes like noodles and omelets available to order. The interior is beautiful, and the place was clean and calm, with convenient access to everywhere. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was a highlight, with a well-stocked buffet and freshly made Pho and other local dishes you could order. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained. The friendly, attentive staff made us feel welcome from arrival, and the Old Quarter location made it easy to reach Hanoi's best-known sights. A solid choice for staying close to the action.

The rooms are roomy, spotless, and have all the useful little things, from fruit and water to a mini fridge, slippers, and a robe. Even the shower fittings feel thoughtfully chosen. Everyone we dealt with was great, whether at reception, with the concierge, serving breakfast or at the restaurant, or keeping the rooms clean. It really does feel like a five-star hotel.

We had such a lovely anniversary stay. Evan and Febe surprised us with a beautifully made cake that day, and the whole team was generous and thoughtful. The hotel is right in the old quarter, with plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. We’ll definitely stay again when we’re back in Hanoi on our next Vietnam trip.
