We stayed in a suite, which was nice, and the staff were great. The hotel was clean for what we paid. Its central spot in the old Quarter is handy, but the noise inside and outside kept me from sleeping throughout the stay. We also usually didn’t have hot water, as seems common at hotels in the area. Breakfast wasn’t very good, so don’t expect much.

The buffet breakfast is a good option, and you can add it to your booking for an extra cost. Our room was cleverly designed, very tidy, and had a nice view of the surroundings. Reception staff gave us great service.

A great base for seeing the best of hanoi, with the old town right on the doorstep. Breakfast was great, the rooms were wonderful, and the staff were professional and quick to help whenever needed. One of the best places I’ve stayed in South East Asia.

The staff were friendly and really helpful, and breakfast was nice. The place looks lovely, but some basics didn’t work well: dirty black water came out of our shower, the bathroom light wouldn’t switch off, and the floorboards were very noisy.

Friendly staff and a nice spot for a little hotel. The rooms were okay, though they might feel cold in winter. We were a couple and got two single duvets instead of one double. Breakfast was basic, but the stay was alright.
