The WiFi was good, and the hotel was clean and smelled much nicer than some others we’ve stayed in, though we did spot two cockroaches. We spent two nights this week. On arrival, noisy guests were in the room next to ours and didn’t seem likely to quiet down, so we asked to move. They put us in a much bigger, quieter room in another block and called it an upgrade. That room had a window onto the stairs and reception, so we could hear staff talking loudly while working, late at night or early in the morning. I think the staff were a bit aggrieved that we stayed another night in the better room at a lower price, even though we said we’d be happy to move. I would have given another star otherwise. (I’ve written this review on the two listings for this hotel.)
