IStay Hotel Apartment 6

2025.03.19 My clothes came back damaged after the hotel washed them without asking me. The fabric texture was ruined and the garment had shrunk. When I raised the issue, I wanted an apology and compensation, but they only offered to try restoring the item and ignored my request for proper reimbursement. They also arranged an inspection and then failed to show up. Hotels would usually compensate right away, or offer something extra if they tried restoration. I wouldn't trust them with my belongings again. 2025.06.13 Another problem. Last night I asked for three things: refill the shampoo and body wash, clear the shower drain because water wasn't draining properly, and remove trash in my room that wasn't mine. It seemed to have been left by housekeeping by mistake, and ants had come into the room. I asked them to be more careful in future. Today, none of the three requests had been handled properly, and things were worse. The shampoo and body wash were still empty, the drain was still clogged, and they had replaced the shower filter head I bought. They did remove the trash, but left a single bin in the middle of the bathroom. Isn't that deceiving the customer? 2025.06.29 There have been two power outages in a week, and no compensation for either.

They cancelled my booking just two days before my international trip, even though I had reserved it 45 days ahead. They said repair work was the reason. I checked in person and saw no repairs going on, while they were accepting new bookings at a higher rate.

For $30-35 a night, I couldn't believe how much was included: daily laundry and two 500 ml bottles of water, along with a well-equipped kitchen, 42-inch TV, comfortable bed, and quiet air conditioning and refrigerator. The hotel had only been open about a month, so some rooms could still be a first guest's stay. Everything felt new, clean, and tidy. The location worked really well too, with 24-hour convenience stores, coffee shops, street food, and the main road close by. I loved staying here and would definitely come back on a business trip.

A clean, new room at a very reasonable price, and you can cook your own meals there. Long-stay guests get extra benefits like free laundry. It's only a one-minute walk to the busy main road, but the room stays quiet, and getting a car is easy. A really convenient place to stay.
