The staff were so sweet, helpful, and always smiling, and the building has secure enclosed parking downstairs, which made me feel safe. The apartment was comfortable and had everything I needed. I could do laundry with the washing machine right in the bedroom, and the kitchen was set up well for cooking. After a long day, the bathtub was great for relaxing, and the TV was a nice extra for an evening in. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.

The host was really friendly, and the apartment was spacious and quiet. For the old city center, the local bus is an option, with a stop just a five-minute walk away. Everything was perfect!

Whenever I’m in Hanoi for work, I stay at this apartment, and it’s been excellent every time. It’s clean, and the host is friendly and speaks good English. You’re just a minute from Tay Ho Lake, Lotte Mall, and the best gym I’ve seen in VN, van hoa tay ho. There’s also a place to sit on the seventh-floor rooftop. Highly recommended.

There’s a peaceful rooftop terrace with a view, plus a piano and guitar. The apartments are clean and comfortable, with the amenities you need for a few days or a longer stay. Tucked along a little street not far from the lake, it’s a lovely place to stay. The staff are friendly, easy to reach, and get things done.

I booked for one week and ended up extending my stay. The place was great, very clean, and easy to find. It had everything I needed, and the host was welcoming, helpful, and a really nice person.
