We got a spacious room with a balcony, which was a nice bonus since we’d wanted a window. The road outside was noisy, but that’s what we expected in Hanoi, so it didn’t bother us. For the price, I found the room clean and as expected. I can’t speak for every room, but I’m not sure what some of the negative reviews refer to. The staff were polite and friendly, and the stay was good value.

The front desk young woman always greeted me with a smile. I stayed five days and was very happy with Le Petit. My room was large, with a balcony looking out onto the street, and it was very clean with good internet. I’d stay there again on my next visit.

The people were friendly and helpful, and the central location gives the hotel a beautiful view of Ha Noi. Still, it wasn’t clean enough for me. I think the host should pay more attention to that.

Really great stay, and the staff were excellent. They went out of their way to help. Thanks so much.

I’d suggest asking for a room at the back because the street out front gets busy and noisy. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and it’s a nice hotel.
