The complimentary room upgrade was a lovely surprise, and this was one of the highlights of our 10-day trip around North Vietnam. The room was very clean, practical, and thoughtfully set up with the basic amenities. There’s a shared area with a fridge and cooking utensils, plus laundry facilities with a dryer, free detergent, and ironing equipment. The English-speaking front desk staff were polite and went out of their way to help. Special thanks to the girl with glasses, whose name I forgot to ask, for making sure we didn't miss our bus to Sapa. ❤️❤️

The free washers and dryers were a nice extra, and the shared kitchen was spacious and fresh, though I didn't use it. Staff had great energy and spoke good English. We stayed two nights and were very happy with it. Our room was upgraded, felt fresh, and had a comfortable bed and linen, plus a window looking onto a quiet backyard. The AC and shower pressure were both top notch. I'll be back!

At M Village Ho Guom, the staff really made the stay special. Everyone was welcoming and ready to help, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The location was great too. I'd definitely return!

The shared space made the stay especially comfortable, with washers, dryers, a water refill pantry, and a dining table. Staff also checked in personally to see if I was comfortable. This is the best hotel experience I've had so far. It's within walking distance of famous pizza 4P, the old quarters, and the French quarters. I'll definitely return if I'm back in Hanoi.

Tùng offered me a room upgrade both times I stayed at the Ho Guom location, first for three nights and then for one more night before my flight home. He was polite and professional, and went the extra mile. Vân was another great employee. The staff make the stay smooth and pleasant, and the place is super clean, tidy, and orderly. Every time I arrive at M Village, it feels like stepping away from busy Ha Noi into a separate world. M village has done a great job hiring and training its employees. I hope the managers give Tùng and Vân a shoutout or a raise :D
