Luxe Paradise Premium Hotel

Hung Cuong made us feel at ease and took care of our questions and concerns, both about the hotel and things to see in Hanoi. The place was clean and cosy, and I thought the breakfast quality beat what I've had at other five-star hotels. We had a great stay at Luxe.

We got a fantastic suite with a lake view after they upgraded us, and the price was very reasonable. Breakfast was hot and lovely, with eggs made to order. We also liked wandering around the local market outside. Ellie and Phanh were so warm and welcoming. The hotel itself was beautiful.

The lobby was roomy, with lots of sofas, and there was a table and chairs outside the entrance for smoking. You do have to climb a few steps to get to the front door, but the bellboy took care of our bags. Breakfast was provided too. The hotel is away from the Old Town noise, and the road at the entrance isn't busy. We used Grab to get around, which was convenient. We arrived around 11:30 at night and checked in without trouble. We'd first booked another place on Agoda, but checked out within ten minutes because it was so unhygienic. Luxe Paradies Premium Hotel made the rest of our stay great. Our room was bright, clean, had no damp smell, and had enough room for two suitcases to stay open. Housekeeping did a good job and left clean towels. The front desk team, especially the night shift guys, were helpful and friendly. They were there around the clock and spoke very good English, so communication wasn't an issue. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

After checkout, they let us leave our bags there and hang out by the pool until it was time to head to the airport that evening. The staff were genuinely kind and happy to help with anything. The rooms were fantastic, and the hotel was in a great spot. Such lovely people!
