After a long day out, the room felt like a quiet little retreat. It was clean, cozy, and nicely thought out, with a very comfortable bed, good linens, and blackout curtains that helped me sleep really well.

The bus stop is right by the door, so there’s no need for a taxi. Buses 31 and 58 go straight into town. The rooms are pleasant and quiet, the staff couldn’t be friendlier, and the price is low. Well worth it.

I came for three days and ended up staying a whole month. The rooms and the rest of the hotel were very clean, with room service every day and water and snacks replenished. TOAN especially went out of his way to make sure everyone was comfortable, and the whole team’s customer service was top tier. My stay was cozy and pleasant throughout. For the price, comfort, and cleanliness, I have no complaints and would definitely come back.

The hotel is a bit outside the heart of Hanoi, on a side road along the highway, so the river view mentioned in the listing may only be a glimpse now and then. We liked our stay, though, and the staff were kind and accommodating. The front sign uses a different name. Our quirky round bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with unusual digital shower controls. A Grab ride takes you to a large complex with supermarkets and good restaurants, including Snack Shack and Hello Chicken Beer & Pocha Sunshine. We’d recommend it if you’re okay staying a little farther out.
