Please be careful renting this hotel, as I believe the owner and the page are a scam. I called from Saigon to book and paid a deposit before flying to Hanoi, but nobody answered when I called again. When I went to the address shown in the advertisement, there was no hotel there. I lost my deposit and had to find somewhere else to stay. I hope others don’t get tricked like I did and end up having to search for a hotel.

For 400,000 VND per night, the service felt expensive compared with what you get and with the Cau Giay area. Staff were unfriendly, and the room was only cleaned after we reminded them. They didn’t provide extra amenities either. The double room felt stuffy, and the air conditioning and water heater only worked intermittently. They do rent motorbikes for sightseeing and provide helmets, but don’t accept credit cards. The hotel was okay overall.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were fairly friendly. The double room felt a little stuffy. Hot water in the bathroom kept running out, and sometimes there wasn’t any at all.

The rooms were acceptable, but the service could have been more attentive. We’d told them how many people were staying ahead of time, yet some items were still missing.
