After staying one night in three rooms booked through Booking, we followed up several times about the VAT invoice we’d clearly requested. They kept saying they’d get back to us, but more than a month later, it still hadn’t arrived. The price wasn’t worth it, and the customer service was terrible.

The owner and his family were extremely rude to locals and foreigners alike. Their attitude was strange and unwelcoming, and they never offered any support.

The price kept changing, and the owner was so strange that I don’t want to go back. I’d reserved a month ahead, but at check-in they said there were no rooms and sent me somewhere else. Then they said that hotel cost more and I had to pay extra, and I had to move rooms again the next day. I really don’t want to deal with these owners again. The owner was awful.

In my year and a half in Vietnam, this was the worst hotel I’ve seen. It was rude and incredibly dirty. Even after I paid a deposit, they’d cancel my reservation if another guest offered more money. It isn’t even cheap compared with other motels nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.
