The rooms were nice and clean, but the front desk service was poor. Staff barely spoke English, and check-in took about an hour while we struggled to communicate through Google Translate. We’d booked and paid for four days on arrival. Without us asking for early check-in, the receptionists let us into the room and had us settle the four-day amount. Then at checkout, we were surprised to be charged for an extra day. The receptionist got aggressive, even though we’d paid more than the amount we were told when booking and checking in. On our last day, after cleaning, we found our room door unlocked. Thankfully, none of our valuables were missing.

My Superior room was spacious and comfortable, and I especially liked having a balcony. The hotel was clean, nice, and fairly priced. Everything was fine during my stay.

The convenient location made it easy to get around and see the city. I was so happy to find a hotel with beautiful, well-equipped, really comfortable rooms. I’ll definitely come back to Ngoc Han Hotel on my next trip 💕

I’d only been to Ngoc Han Hotel once before, last year, and thought it was pretty ordinary then. This time I brought friends to Hanoi and was pleasantly surprised by how much it had changed. The facilities and services had been completely renovated and upgraded, and my friends had lots of praise for it. I was really impressed with the quality and service. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to everyone.

The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the staff were warm and helpful. I was really pleased with my stay. Being right in the city center also made it easy to get to places to eat and have fun. It was better than I expected, and I’d gladly come back if I get the chance.
