Ninety Nine Center

The rooms look beautiful and clean, though there’s plenty of dust in the upper cabinets, behind the controls, and inside the wardrobes. Room cleaning, dishes, linen changes, and laundry are taken care of twice a week, which is nice. The Wi-Fi and water pressure have frequent problems, though, and after two months that got quite exasperating. Otherwise, I recommend it.

The place is quiet, secure, spacious, and elegant, and it fits the high-end shopping area well. They should offer free parking so customers feel properly looked after.

There’s convenient car parking at the alley on Ton Duc Thang street, Thinh Hao 1. Inside are a Tien Phong bookstore, a gym, and several small shops.

The guesthouse was clean, but there was no remote control, and the price didn’t feel especially cheap.
