We stayed at Oakwood for a week in March and had a lovely time. Our one-bedroom apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff had left free bottles of water, a fruit plate, and a thoughtful handwritten note when we arrived. Everyone was friendly and helpful, from the front desk and housekeepers to the doormen. We also enjoyed the dining. We had breakfast every day and ordered room service once. It was reasonably priced, quick, and delicious. The hotel is in a newly built area, I was told, so finding your way in and out on Maps can be a little tricky. That isn’t their fault. We’d highly recommend Oakwood and would happily stay again on our next visit to Hanoi. Thank you!

The pool is a nice bonus, and it’s already included in the price. My room was modern, very clean, and had a comfortable bed. The area is great, and the friendly staff made the stay pleasant. It has a fairly luxurious feel, which isn’t usually my thing, but I’d still recommend staying here.

There isn’t much right outside the hotel, though a few bars and restaurants are about a 15-minute walk away. They’re nothing special, but fine for a quick meal or drink. The room had everything I needed, including a good bed, a great shower, a bathtub, and plenty of space. Breakfast was decent, and the staff delivered great service with a smile, which I didn’t find as often as I’d hoped in Vietnam.

The infinity pool was a lovely place to relax after a busy day, and the professional staff made check-in and check-out quick and smooth. As an ASR member, I had a great experience. My apartment had plenty of room, with the sleeping and living areas clearly separated, so I could unwind and get work done. It’s in a peaceful spot but still convenient for getting to events around Hanoi. A premium home away from home, and one I’d recommend to business travelers and professionals.

The service was attentive, and everyone had a lot of enthusiasm. Thành KC deserves a shout-out for making my sunny-side-up eggs perfectly every day! 🫶🏻👍🏻 The atmosphere was great too. Highly recommend.
