Nancy made a real difference for me. She helped arrange my bookings, gave spot-on suggestions for places to see and companies to use, and treated me like family. The hostel is clean and quiet at night, with a friendly social feel that doesn't get too loud. There's free beer from 6:30 to 7pm, and a helpful team for transport and tours. I'd definitely recommend it.

Phuc at reception was a real highlight, so kind, professional, and genuinely attentive. The reception team were friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English, which made things easy. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean, and there are good food options at the hostel. They can also arrange pretty much any tour or activity. I had a fantastic stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Nancy helped us organize all the bookings we wanted, with everything arranged in great detail. Even after I had checked out and started the Hi Giang Loop, she responded right away when I changed my four-day booking to three days at the last minute. She also did her best to get part of my money back. The welcome at Old Quarter View Hanoi Hostel was warm from the start, and all the staff were lovely. Nancy gave my Vietnam trip the best possible start. I can't recommend the hostel enough.

BILLY made it easy to get a feel for the city as soon as I arrived. He was such a friendly, funny, knowledgeable guide on our free walking tour, and honestly he earned most of these five stars. The rooms and showers were clean. The common area didn't immediately feel set up for chatting, but the events, including free beer, got people talking. The hostel itself is quite nice. cảm ơn :))

The free beer hour is a nice bonus, and the rooms were clean and well kept. Staff were incredibly nice and gave me great tips for local places. It's also a good spot to arrange day trips if you haven't planned ahead. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi. I'm planning to come back to Vietnam, and I'll definitely stay at this hostel again :)
