Omina Hanoi Hotel and Restaurant

The area was really nice, with everything close by, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice each morning. The mushroom omelette deserves a special mention, it was amazing and my favorite. My room was spotless and had everything I needed. The hotel staff were absolutely excellent and did all they could to make me comfortable. Everyone working there during my stay was wonderful, and I want to thank them all. Keep up the good work 👏🏻 I'd highly recommend this place and would happily come back.

The staff are what make this place feel like a second home. They always offered recommendations for whatever I wanted to do, and I'd like to thank Lina, Vivian, Wayne, Victor, and Haley. I felt my room was secure, had everything I needed, and was always great value. I also loved breakfast every morning. After three months of traveling around Asia, this is honestly the best hotel I've stayed in. I came back to Hanoi and stayed here again because I knew it would be a great place to stop before leaving Vietnam.

They welcomed me warmly on arrival, brought water, helped with my bags, and suggested things to see, do, and eat in the Old Quarter. The hotel is near the edge of the quarter, with many places in walking distance, and it felt safe to walk around at night. I was upgraded to a larger room with a window, which was clean, and housekeeping made the bed and cleaned during my two-night stay. There was air conditioning and toiletries. Breakfast was standard, with a small menu of hot dishes made to order. I'd recommend omina hotel!

We found everything we needed here, including a lovely breakfast. The hotel was clean and in a fantastic location. After two weeks of staying around, this was the friendliest staff we'd encountered. They were genuinely hospitable. I also appreciated that the bathroom wasn't a wet room, unlike many of the places we'd stayed in Vietnam.
