I booked through booking.com and asked the receptionist, Nguyễn Thị hi, to cancel, but she refused. I also asked for her manager's phone number and she wouldn't give it to me. She said it was between them and booking.com. I lost my money, that's all. I'm sure she could have canceled the booking, but they just didn't want to get a bad reference.

The staff were so warm and welcoming, which I really appreciated. The hotel itself is small, but clean and fairly priced. Getting around is easy, and there are lots of entertainment spots nearby.
