The bathroom light kept flickering like a strobe. On top of that, they charged me 30% of the room rate for checking out just 14 minutes after the noon checkout time.

The bathroom had a smell I couldn't identify, and that alone made the room a no-go for me. It wasn't very clean either, and the hotel didn't feel welcoming or clean overall. I wouldn't recommend it.

I was here for a business trip. The rooms are basic, but clean, and the staff came across as friendly and helpful. I'd consider booking this hotel again for another work trip.

There's a nice amount of space, and you can see the Red River and Vinh Tuy Bridge. Times City and Aeon Super Market are nearby. Seems like a good place for guests.
