WORST SERVICE. I booked through booking.com and nobody told me the special sale only applied during certain hours, even though the email said it was for ONE NIGHT. The staff basically said, “Oh, you didn’t know? Customers usually call to ask first!” HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW? Isn’t it their job to tell people who reserve a room about the sale rules and all that? BOO TO YOU!

The photos show Hanoi Paradise Centre, which is a different hotel in Hanoi.

The hotel was fine for one night in Hanoi, and the staff were very friendly. But it’s right in the middle of the city, so you can hear the traffic, and the bathroom wasn’t fully clean. I’d choose another hotel next time.

My booking was confirmed, but when I arrived the manager said there were no rooms and started offering me another hotel in the same chain. Terrible service.

The room was nice and the space was good. Payment has to be made in advance, though, so if something unexpected happens during your stay, the reservation is held but the money isn’t refunded.
