Parosand Hanoi Hotel & Apartment

The rooftop bar is a lovely spot for an evening drink, with great views across West Lake. We had an executive suite with plenty of space and a balcony facing the lake. Breakfast offers a good range: hot dishes made to order from a menu in English and Vietnamese, plus fruit, cake, bread, condiments, coffee and tea to help yourself to. We didn’t eat at the restaurant, though it has local food as well as Western options like pasta, pizza and steak. Everyone on staff was so helpful and kind. We’re looking forward to coming back.

The quieter setting and affordable price were a good tradeoff for being farther from Hà Nội’s popular tourist spots. Service felt thoughtful and personal, and the linens and towels were fresh and clean smelling. My room was clean too, though there was sometimes a strange smell that might have been related to the plumbing water. Breakfast had a self-serve selection of bread, fruit, drinks and salads, then you could easily order a main dish from a menu in several languages. I only stayed one night, so I can’t say much about housekeeping routines, but for the same price range, this was a better experience than many other Hà Nội hotels.

Breakfast was a real highlight, with a tasty à la carte menu and some lovely tea. Parosand is a brand I’d trust. The staff and service were wonderful, and they made our Hanoi stay memorable.

The room was clean, and the maid made sure we had what we needed. From the doorman through to the restaurant team, everyone was charming and went out of their way to help. We enjoyed our December 2025 stay at Parosand Hotel and really appreciated the kind service. We’ll definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Ha Noi. Thanks to the Parosand team.
