Really good team 💪, and the atmosphere's great 👍

We ended up leaving exhausted and shaken, and I’d tell anyone considering this place to think twice. It was a rude, disorganized experience that seriously affected our trip. We’d booked and paid ahead through Trip, expecting that to make things straightforward, but on arrival the guesthouse said it was full, blamed us for booking, and offered to refund the room fee. With the September 2nd holiday on, finding somewhere else was impossible, so we didn’t argue. We’d booked for four people for three days, with two beds, but got just one bed. Three of us slept on it and one person slept on the floor. Our booking said check-in at 2 PM on September 30th and check-out at 12 PM on September 2nd. Yet on the evening of August 31st, they told us to leave so other guests could rent the room. We were too tired to say much at the time, but this whole thing has left us frightened to book a guesthouse again.

I was here for a five-day business trip, and the receptionist kindly put me in a room with a kitchen. That saved me quite a bit of money. Thanks, Pho Nang. I’ll come back next time.

Getting to West Lake and Lotte Mart was convenient from here. The price was reasonable, though the hallway felt narrow.
