We were checked in before 12 a.m., but nobody mentioned that those few hours would mean an extra day's charge. Afterward, they kept hassling us about the charge during our stay. That isn't normal hotel service. If the room is ready when we arrive, check us in; if it isn't, let us wait. But don't check us in and leave additional charges unexplained. It felt like they were trying to scam us.
The price is reasonable, and although the street is lively, it isn't noisy. The bed is big, but the room wasn't very clean.
An affordable hotel in Xa Dan, Hanoi, with lots of shops nearby.
