After a good stay at A25 hotel at 23 Quan Thanh Street, I chose another location this time to see whether the chain offered the same service throughout. It didn't disappoint. My stay was short, but the staff were enthusiastic and the amenities were good. I highly recommend giving this hotel a try.
I booked two nights through Trip.com on 23 February 2026, for 24 to 26 February, at this hotel in DA LAT, listed at 19, PHAN DINH PHUNG STREET. It was suggested to me on the 19th, and the address was exactly the same, but this hotel doesn't exist in DA LAT. It was a bad coincidence. I tried to cancel before check-in, but couldn't. Of course they sold the room to another customer, but kept my 52 US DOLAR and gave me a credit for one month. I absolutely have no intention of going to HANOI. Stay away from those hotels. They are very hostile to customers and will steal your money.
We enjoyed our two nights here. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, the breakfast was nice, and the atmosphere was good. Highly recommended!
Across our three-week trip to VN, this was the best place we stayed. It wasn't the biggest or fanciest, but it was well located, had everything we needed for five days, and the service was excellent, especially Ruby at the front desk.
The hotel was clean and very welcoming, close to the lake. The staff speak English. Highly recommend.
