Ritz Boutique Hotel

We had a very bad stay. The room they gave us wasn’t the one we’d booked, and it was dark and noisy, with noise coming from the bathroom. There was also construction starting at 6:30, which nobody told us about when we arrived. They must have known, since we asked other guests. We’d booked two nights but ended up cancelling the second because we couldn’t sleep. The hairdryer was broken and the bath was rusty too. Even after we explained all the problems and that we hadn’t stayed in the room we booked, they charged us the full amount. Very bad experience. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

They arranged a fantastic trip to Halong for us, and the location was good too. At reception we got a warm welcome and clear information about the facilities and our room. It was spacious, clean, well furnished, and had a safe. I’d recommend staying here.

Our room was clean and really comfortable, and the location made getting around easy, just two minutes from hoan kiem lake and close to the cathedral. The staff were kind and attentive. We booked tours through them, and they let us keep the room later than expected because our train to Sapa left at night. When we returned from Sapa, they even offered us breakfast for free that morning.

Lucy was so friendly and took care of arranging all our trips. We loved the breakfast, especially the pancake and Phò, and the bed was really comfortable. The roommaid made towel animals for us, swans, an elephant, and a dog. We’ll always remember our lovely time in Hanoi. Thanks, Lucy and Team.
