San Palace Hotel

The hotel is spotless and right in the centre, a minute from Train Street and an easy walk from everything else. Eric and the team looked after us from the moment we arrived and made sure we were comfortable. Everyone was warm, friendly, and helpful, which echoed the kindness we'd experienced from Vietnamese people throughout our trip. We're grateful to the whole team for making our stay at San Palace Hotel so special. Highly recommended.

We stayed at quite a few hotels, but this was my firm favourite, mainly because of the staff. We came back three times during our month in Vietnam, and I'd love to return again. Our three rooms were all very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The balcony room was my favourite. I love hearing traffic and watching life below, and even though I'm a light sleeper at home, the street sounds seemed to help me sleep here. Breakfast was great, too. It's close to Hanoi's must-see places, with Train Street and Food Street just a few minutes away. The staff even helped us cross the roads sometimes.

My sister came with her two kids, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. They even surprised us with a birthday cake for my niece. From the first day, everyone was kind, helpful, and resourceful. They greeted us with a handy list of recommendations, which made the stay pleasant and memorable. We'll definitely return to San Palace next time we're in Hanoi.

The room was spacious, elegant, and clean, and all the facilities were available. The staff were ready to help at any time and knew the city well, so they could guide us when we needed it. They were incredibly kind and helpful. I really enjoyed staying here and would choose it again. A+ for hiring the staff.
