The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in went smoothly. The basic cleanliness was fine, and the hotel has the essentials for a short or business stay. It felt much like other A25 properties I’ve visited. The main drawback is how dated the place looks. The furniture and decor seem old, and the room layout isn’t especially appealing. Updating the furnishings and giving the interior a more modern feel would improve the atmosphere and comfort. It was still a functional, dependable stay, but I’d give A25 Hotel – 223 Bach Mai 4 out of 5. The service was good and the facilities adequate, though the hotel needs renovation.
