Sen Grand Hotel & Spa managed by Sen Group

I slept well and enjoyed my stay. The hotel is neat and very clean, and the staff team was helpful. It’s peaceful and quiet, so it suited my business trip. My room was on the 9th floor, which meant people in other buildings couldn’t look into it. The hotel is near the main highway to the airport and another road leading downtown.

Breakfast had a nice mix of Vietnamese and Western food, and I found the room comfortable. I also enjoyed the relaxing spa services. The hotel is modern, clean, and right in the center, which made getting around Hanoi easy. Lan Anh and Linh at reception really made the stay for me. They helped with transport and local suggestions, and greeted me warmly whenever I came back. I felt looked after from the moment I arrived. I’d happily return to Sen Grand Hotel and Spa on my next visit.

We’ll definitely be back to Sen Grand! My partner and I had a wonderful stay, and the staff were kind and went out of their way to help us. I asked if they could decorate the room for my partner’s birthday, and they made the idea happen. It meant a lot to us.

The spa was the low point for me. I booked a massage after a long trip, but the attendant kept her phone near my head, with messages beeping throughout. She stopped more than once to reply, so I ended the session early and went back to my room to rest. I’d stay at the hotel again, but skip the spa. The hotel itself is lovely, well located, and the staff were warm and professional. Reception made check-in easy and quickly dealt with my room concerns. I’d booked a Premier Room, where the toilet was inside the shower area, which felt awkward. They kindly moved me to a Deluxe Room with the shower and toilet separated. The layout was much more comfortable, and although I paid extra for the upgrade, I felt it was worth it.
