We had a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was okay, and since most of our group tour was Muslim, they provided a Muslim-friendly meal. The room was comfortable and clean, though I think our group may have been put in an economy room without a window. I visited in winter and it stayed pleasantly warm. The shower had working hot water, and the toilet was clean. The location was a big plus, right in the middle of the city near family and entertainment venues. There’s a 24-hour Circle-K nearby, and Grab Apps made ordering food easy.

The room was tidy, clean, and very nice, with a mattress and pillows that suited me perfectly. There isn’t much of a romantic view from the window in this area, though. Sen Hotel has four hotels a few minutes’ walk apart. We stayed at Sen Hotel 1. The Grand, where the spa and gym are, is one of the others, along with the Boutique. Breakfast was fantastic, and all the staff were lovely and helpful. Huế at reception especially came through for us on departure day, when things got a bit stressful.

We had a lovely time at Sen1, and the staff were so lovely. I’d definitely recommend getting a massage at the wellness centre. I didn’t catch the therapist’s name, but it was honestly the best massage I’ve had in Vietnam ❤️

For the price, the room and washroom felt cramped and too small. There wasn’t anywhere to put a suitcase.
