We spent two lovely weeks at Serene Boutique Resort in Hoi An and could easily have stayed longer. We don't know when we'll make it back, but we definitely will, and we'll recommend this beautiful hotel wholeheartedly. Thank you for a stay we'll remember! From the start, the place felt like a little corner of paradise: peaceful, elegant, charming, and beautifully cared for. It was easy to feel comfortable and relaxed there. The staff were warm, genuinely kind, and so attentive, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Their smiles and thoughtful service made the stay even more special. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and made with care. This place deserves a 20, not just a 10.

The buffet breakfast was the best!!! Everyone was so warm and friendly, especially Vincent and Alice, thank you. The location is perfect, really close to all the tourist destinations. I'd love to come back with my whole family. Highly recommend this hotel 😍😍😍

We were sad to leave, which says a lot about our stay. The hotel was in a perfect central spot for us, since we like walking everywhere, and getting around Hanoi that way is exciting! Alice made communication easy from the first contact by setting up a WhatsApp group with my wife and me. She also suggested and booked several tours and trips, and they were the best. During our stay, front desk staff checked in by WhatsApp to see if everything was okay or we needed help. Everyone was cheerful and helpful. Thanks to Alice and all the staff. ❤️

They even upgraded our room for free, which was a nice surprise. The only snag was that we couldn't get the TV working. Otherwise, we definitely recommend staying here. Tracy at the concierge really made our stay at Serene Boutique Hotel. She was so accommodating, gave me her WhatsApp number in case we needed anything, and always replied quickly. Her restaurant suggestions were great. We tried pho, banh xeo, cha ca, and egg coffee based on her tips, and loved them all. Trust her advice! She also booked us an airport car cheaply and without any hassle. Breakfast was complimentary, and it was great to enjoy it while looking out over the skyline.

The room was a little older than we expected, but the bedroom and bathroom were both clean. The price was very good, and the staff were kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. One young woman was especially helpful, arranging a car to the airport when we checked out.
