The staff were really nice and helpful, and the rooms have city views but no balcony. I didn't like the street much, though. There are lots of street food producers there, and you can wake up to the smell of food.

Serinity Villa Hotel was clean and cozy, and exceeded my expectations. We paid around 600k+ VND, and it was amazing value. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the place felt family-run. They even upgraded us to the family suite for free, which made the stay more special. It's conveniently located near St. Joseph Cathedral, making it a great base for exploring. Highly recommended!

We stayed in a family room for three. There was plenty of space, but the toilet seat is squeezed beside the shower glass. If you’re larger than the seat, getting in and out after using it could be a squeeze. The hotel has a lift, so handling big luggage was fine. It’s down a narrow alley that taxis can’t enter, so we had to walk about 100 metres to reach it. There are lots of shops along the way. In mid-March 2025, construction was going on at the next two buildings, and we had to pass by them because that’s the hotel’s only entrance.
