The place has three towers, and I stayed in M3. My room wasn’t very high up, so the view didn’t stretch very far, but it was still pretty nice. The accommodation was spotless, with a water purifier, good hot water, and cool air conditioning. A strong typhoon hit while I was there, but I felt safe inside. There’s a mall with a large supermarket in the complex, and I could shop safely from the underground parking lot. There are lots of embassies nearby, along with plenty of Japanese restaurants. Lotte Department Store is close too, so the location is great. For the Old Quarter, just call Grab. Outside rush hour, the taxi ride costs under VND40,000. Hanoi Airport is also reachable for around VND300,000. If the old and dirty surroundings of Old Quarter hotels put you off, I’d highly recommend an apartment here at a more affordable price.

There’s a beautiful city view at night, and the location has plenty nearby: Starbucks, Vinmart, and CGV downstairs, a gold and silver shop across the street where you can exchange dollars, and Lotte Mart just opposite. Getting to stay in a hotel-like room comfortably at this price felt like a real stroke of luck.

The room was new, modern, clean, and nicely furnished. No complaints about it, though the reception staff weren’t very enthusiastic.

The owner was very helpful and gave me useful information. The room was new, clean, and lovely, and the location was convenient.
