The decor was beautiful and the amenities had everything prepared for convenience. The employees were especially polite and helpful with my questions and requests. Guest services were provided by Nova, Ethan, Iris, John, Annie, Tim, Eric, Piere and Giang. I had a great stay and highly recommend it!

I had a great week-long business stay at Somerset West Point Hanoi. The apartment was roomy, with a full kitchen, and the location by West Lake was perfect for evening walks. It was clean, modern, and good value. The staff were very friendly, and the front desk guy helped me with a late checkout. I’ll definitely be back.

There were five of us, and the connecting rooms gave us three bedrooms plus a big central area where we could keep our things and relax. Everything felt spacious and comfortable, and it was quiet enough for us to sleep really well. The hotel looked lovely with its Christmas and New Year decorations. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Our Studio Executive room was spacious and incredibly clean. I stayed with my child, and the king-size bed was very comfortable. The staff and service were excellent. We asked for help late in the evening, and the team responded right away and sorted it out. We really enjoyed the stay and will definitely book again when we're back. Thank you!

The balcony looking out over West Lake was a highlight, and it was handy having Starbucks and a grocery store right below us. We stayed in a spotless, modern apartment with loads of space, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer in the room. Tay Ho felt calm compared with the city center, with plenty of good cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were professional, and the amenities were great. I’d happily stay here again for that home-away-from-home feel in Hanoi.
