Super Candle Hotel

After a long trip, the comfort at Super Candy Hotel made a great end to our Vietnam journey. Our serviced apartment was spacious and felt like home, with two bathrooms and luxury Japanese toilets. The air conditioning worked very well and kept things cool. Housekeeping cleaned daily and restocked towels, toiletries, and bottled water. We also enjoyed the extensive buffet, where everything tasted good, and made use of the pool, wellness area, and fitness center. Whenever we had a question, the helpdesk responded almost instantly. We were extremely satisfied and would highly recommend staying here in Hanoi. A real five-star experience.

Breakfast was the one bright spot, with a decent quality and a good range of choices. The rest of my stay was disappointing. After a long journey, I found the room was smaller than the one I'd booked and expected from the description. When I told the front desk, they offered no useful help or alternative, and their response felt indifferent and unprofessional. The room also wasn't clean or well maintained enough for a comfortable stay. Agoda said there was nothing they could do about the situation. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you have another option.

The serviced apartment was stunning, with a great view over Hanoi from up high, a spacious living room, two bathrooms, and a fully working kitchen stocked with utensils, cookware, and a rice cooker. We loved having so much room and really felt at home. Winmart is across the street, and ATMs are about a two-minute walk to the left of the hotel. The breakfast area, though, felt too crowded and cramped. Apart from that, I loved our room.

Ashour out for Me. Harry, the GM, is an excellent manager leading an outstanding team that's always ready to help. Staff were friendly and professional, and the hotel was clean with a good breakfast. Its location is handy for shops, restaurants, Lotte Mall, and Rooftop. Very good value for money, and I'll come again.
