T Boutique Hotel

After a long day of travel, Nicholas made us feel at ease straight away. He took the time to chat, explain things about Vietnam, and share recommendations that genuinely improved our trip. His kindness felt personal, not like he was just going through the motions. T Boutique was our first stop in Vietnam, and the welcome there set such a positive tone for the rest of our travels. From arrival, we felt looked after. Starting out with that kind of support made a new country feel comfortable and exciting. We’re really grateful to Nicholas. Anyone staying here is lucky, and it’s a lovely place to begin a Vietnam trip.

The neighborhood is a real highlight, with all kinds of restaurants, local boutiques, a mall with Uniqlo and Nike, coffee shops, a park, and a lake nearby. Bánh Cuốn Bà Hoành is right next door, along with some Michelin guide spots, and the train st cafes are a reasonable walk away. Alice and her team looked after us so well, even sorting out an E-SIM, airport pick ups, and spa bookings. My wife loved the hotel spa, which was in impeccable condition, fairly priced, and staffed by friendly people. Brilliant hotel.

Room 702 was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty. The hotel is also well placed near a nice park and good local coffee spots. Alice and the team greeted me so warmly and kindly. I loved my stay and would happily return.

The rooms were comfortable, though the balcony was tiny. Breakfast tasted good, but the choices were limited. Faster refills would help, and I'd have liked hot milk and a few Indian vegetarian dishes. This is a handy spot if you want amenities close by. It's beside the old quarter and near the lake, cathedral, water puppet show, and plenty of places to eat.
