The Harmony Hotel Riverside

The room had everything I needed, so I'd come back. It's a good fit if you don't expect much hotel service and are fine with the family managing the place.

My room was difficult to locate and wasn't clean. I asked to check out, and the manager agreed to refund me, but no money came back. Bad experience.

The Harmony Hotel Riverside, also called The Harmony Hotel 7, is at 7 Bo Song Set Street, Tan Mai Ward, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi. It's a modern serviced apartment building in a handy spot for getting to the city center. The apartments are clean and well equipped, with air conditioning, a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and kettle, a private bathroom with toiletries, a hairdryer, and a balcony. That gives it a comfortable, home-like feel, especially for longer stays. It's about 5-6km from Hoan Kiem Lake, the Hanoi Opera House and the Old Quarter. You can drive to them in a few minutes, while the hotel itself is in a quieter setting. Booking.com shows a 9.8/10 rating, with guests speaking well of the staff, amenities, cleanliness, comfort and value. One typical comment says the rooms are clean and comfortable, the prices are reasonable, and people should consider staying here. The Harmony Hotel Riverside seems like a good choice if you want clean, modern, comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price, with easy access to central Hanoi.

I couldn't believe how bad the room was. It was really dirty, and even the bathroom hadn't been cleaned before I checked in.
