The Noble Swan Hotel & Spa

We got in at 3 am, so being able to check in around the clock was a real help. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The rooms do show some wear, but for the price and location I’d still choose the Noble Swan Hotel. The staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

Sir Jay, the restaurant manager, made our five-day Hanoi stay especially good. He was kind and accommodating, sent recommendations for exploring, checked that we were comfortable, and even surprised us with snacks for our Ninh Binh day trip. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a connecting room that worked perfectly for our group of four. It was spotless, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The hotel was also well placed for seeing Hanoi’s main sights. We stayed June 10-14, and had a wonderful time.

This was easily our best accommodation during our holiday across northern and southern Vietnam. I think the hotel is now called Hanoi Centre Silk Premium Hotel. Everything went smoothly from arrival through after checkout. Henry, the manager, was warm and welcoming and suggested things for us to see and do in Hanoi. Our trip to the next destination was late at night, and he let us use the bathroom for a shower and provided everything we needed even after we’d checked out. Wonderful service throughout. Thanks for such a great experience.

The hotel’s location may look like its main draw on paper, but the standout was how committed the staff were to helping us find our way around Vietnam and navigate our stay. They even helped us with several things after we’d already left. Best customer service I’ve had in Vietnam. 10/10, and I’ll stay with them again on my next trip.
