The neighborhood is really convenient, and the hotel staff are friendly and considerate. Breakfast has soup every morning, and there’s a table with details about the available choices. Ask the staff for help with the options, or if you want European-style coffee. Room service was fine, with water and daily cleaning. The room had no window, which I realized was listed in the booking, so that was my mistake. It was a little dusty, there was no safe, and the soundproofing was weak, especially in the bathroom. There weren’t many guests while I was there, though.

For the price, this is a good hotel and I’d book it without hesitation. QUINYH at the front desk was considerate, explained things clearly, and was very service-oriented. QUY the bell boy was friendly and helpful too. Cheers!

The location felt central, with a bank nearby for currency exchange and Western Union, plus restaurants close by. I especially liked how the hotel helped its guests. The room was spacious and good too.

The hotel was almost empty because of COVID, but the service still felt attentive. When our room's heating had a small problem, they moved us to another room right away. Dining room access wasn't allowed under the COVID rules, so we ordered breakfast and had it brought to our room. We were staying here because it’s directly across from the US Embassy, which made the location very convenient. They also drove us to and from the airport and took great care of us. I’d gladly stay again.
