I came back for a second stay and still love the place. It’s in a lovely, quiet area near the lake, with plenty of coffee shops close by. Anne and Nang were especially helpful, and the service was welcoming, quick, and attentive. I’d recommend staying here.

There’s a gym, and breakfast was decent. Food choices nearby are limited, though there are lots of coffee options. I loved staying here, especially the beds and service, which made it easy to rest and relax after traveling. A top-tier place in Hanoi.

Hanna and Leo were especially accommodating, and even gave us keychains to take home. We were only there for one night, but the service was great. Breakfast was delicious and arrived warm at our room. I’d highly recommend the place.

The location was all right, around 25 minutes to the Old Quarter by Grab and 30 minutes to the airport. There were plenty of coffee shops nearby but very few places to eat. The staff were friendly, and the junior suites were spacious, but the lack of windows wasn’t mentioned in the listing and would have changed our decision to book. We were moved to another room, though that seemed to be because the shower door was broken. The beds are extremely hard, which may suit some people but didn’t suit us. The washer-dryer ran for four hours and left our clothes soaking wet. We had no time to dry them, so we had to leave a lot behind. Since their machine caused the problem and they have industrial dryers, I expected them to offer to dry the clothes. Instead, they sent us to a laundry service that couldn’t get them ready before our flight. With so many other places in the area, we wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.
