The room was decent, though nothing special. The hotel is a fair way from the city center, and the staff don't speak English, so they use a translation app with foreign guests. It seems to be booked mostly by Vietnamese and Chinese business men.

The rooms were clean, but even water costs extra.

10/10
The owner was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and had the basic amenities for a comfortable stay. Vọng Xưa is conveniently close to the city center, so getting around for sightseeing or business was easy. For the location and room quality, I found the price reasonable. A good option to consider if you need somewhere in this area.

The room wasn't dirty, but the smell was awful. It was cramped with no windows, and I waited an hour for the hot and cold water. Wi-Fi was slow too. It brought back the same old, outdated work environment I remember. I came back to a dusty, smelly room and had to sleep wearing a mask. Terrible.

Everything is close by, which makes the location convenient. In the morning, opening the window lets in a fresh, pleasant atmosphere.
