They cancelled my booking and messaged me on WhatsApp saying there was a power outage. They told me to cancel and said they’d refund me, but the hotel never returned the money. My booking agency said it couldn’t get the refund from them, though thankfully the agency itself eventually paid it. I spent two weeks trying to sort it out. Be careful booking here, it felt like a scam.

They cancelled our booking just as we got to the property. Such a disappointment.
